Shipping Rates and Free Shipping:
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed and shipped via USPS
- Shipping rates are based on the total weight and dimensions of the package for each order, any order $75.00 or more qualifies for free shipping
- Any shipping charges incurred by the customer in connection with a return will be the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable
Return and Refund Policy:
- We understand that buying candles virtually can be tricky that is why we will accept returns on items that are in their original and unused condition along with all its packaging. Please email litcandlesne@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to request a refund
- Once the returned item has been received by our team, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card provider to confirm when the refund will be issued back to your credit or debit card
- Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds
- We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above
Damaged Items:
We package each purchase extremely carefully with multiple layers of protection. Sometimes however, the transit is rough. Since our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail they are insured. We will file a claim with USPS to get reimbursed for the shipping and damages. While we are not responsible for USPS handling of packages, we will work with you to rectify the situation and replace your damaged item(s). Please email us at litcandlesne@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order along with a photo and your order # so we can remedy the situation.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided
- We are not liable for customers incorrectly entering the shipping address
- We are not liable for packages stolen or missing after delivery has been made, please reach out directly to the carrier, USPS, for any missing or stolen packages
Wrong Address:
- If you provided the wrong shipping address, it is possible that you can submit a request to intercept a package via USPS
- Please email us immediately once you discover the wrong address was provided
- We can edit your shipping address before your package is ready to ship but it can be difficult to intercept a package that is already in transit
- You are responsible for the shipping cost associated with re-sending a package if it's marked by USPS as not delivered/return to sender
